How To Deal With Loose Sealing Of Pipeline Clamps

The hose clamp itself is not a sealing element, it only provides radial clamping force to prevent the hose from being pulled out
There are several possible reasons for poor sealing:
Mismatch between hose and joint: The inner diameter of the hose should have been slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the joint. If the inner diameter of the hose is larger than the joint, then using a hose clamp to clamp it to the joint will cause the hose to wrinkle, just like tying a belt. The pants are wrinkled, and the wrinkled area is the leakage channel
There are deep axial scratches on the joint, and the scratched areas serve as leakage channels
The pressure is too high and has exceeded the limit that the sealing structure can withstand.
Replace the sealing structure, such as using an attachment type joint
